Changes:
New Type-combobox with values: Original, GPU, Parallel.
This selection enables the user to select between running the code GPU enhanced, with parallel processing or with the original MapMagic performance.
Remarks:
New option Horizontal:
- Added possibility to ignore horizontal slope.
New option Vertical:
- Added possibility to ignore vertical slope.
