Enhanced Nodes

We have enhanced most of the existing generators that needed a boost, including all MapMagic Map nodes.

All enhanced generator nodes include type selection that has three possible ways to run them:

• Original - Executes the original MapMagic node
• Parallel - Our CPU multi threaded version of the MapMagic node
• GPU - Our GPU version of the MapMagic node
